Okay long short story short on this particular day I am very proud of the people that work here because they showed up to do... their job even if they were understaffed they showed up. They were sweet and kind professional and they were busy taking care ofa lot of people with a staff of all I saw was three people. The only reason that I gave a one star for food as we were unable toeat due to our own time schedule. One star for service only because we didn't stay long enough to have any so I can't actuallyanswer to that. But I went back and I met the people on staff and thank them for being there for us today but that we were in ahurry so we were going to move forward on our schedule and the next time we pass through we would sure stop by the restaurantwas clean and neat and appearance all customers that were seated eating seem very happy with the service and their meals well westood in the door watching and waiting so had I enjoyed any of this I my star would have been higher the staff was very sweetand loving and kind thank you all very much for offering to take care of us that evening even though our schedule didn't allowit Read more
Did not get seated after standing at the door for 20 minutes (my mistake, my 3 year old was starving) waitstaff in the kitchen... kept looking out. We left and drve about a mile down to road to Wendy's. Great service there. Read more
Horrible. Eggs weren't cook properly. Order also got messed up. The waitress kept forgetting to bring us stuff. Then she ended... up getting down right rude. Our waitress is usually Katie but she was off. She always does a great job. And gets a great tip forit. Won't go if Katie is off. Read more
It's an IHOP - iconic, dependable, and always there when you need it, any time of day. Stopped into this branch for coffee and... had a wonderful chat with our server - who was friendly, charming, and professional. Great stuff! Read more
Service was slow. Waitress was wearing a mask that looked soiled and she had it on wrong. Seems like they are short staffed.... Also, waitress seemed to be lacking in personal hygiene. Biscuit were flat and tasted kinda like baked pancake mix. We will notgo back. Read more
Not crowded and service was TERRIBLE ! * 6 occupied tables in ENTIRE restaurant. COLD food served to ELDERLY couple next to... us. We waited 8 minutes before another table mentioned we HADN'T been waiting on AFTER being seated. Then we waited 18minutes before leaving AFTER we placed our order. Manager was scruffy looking in saying it was shift change. Unfortunately Ihad sat there for over 20 minutes WATCHING who WAS on shift and WHO wasn't.. Very short staffed! One waitress who acted as host also. And one cook. Regardless of the staffing, my two daughters and I were... seated in a timely fashion. The beautiful waitress, Mya I believe, was super friendly and sweet to my girls. I should?ve gottenher number lmao! All in all, the food was great and so was Mya.
