I have been going to this place for years, I used to work across the street. After my recent experience, I?ll never go back. I... paid $30 for 2 sandwiches that were made incorrectly. No big deal, I tell the younger kid at the counter about the issue,thinking it was a simple mistake.. I legit ordered the same sandwich the previous weekend and it was made correctly.Unfortunately, the boy behind the counter was very rude and condescending. They offered to make the correct sandwiches, but itwould be an additional $30 charge. Just overall bad customer service and not a great way to handle a mistake. I husband and I split an Italian sub. We are from Virginia so when it arrived it was huge. One side was about what we were used... to getting at home for the sub we split. My point is there is plenty of food and it was very good. I would go back. They hadseveral outdoor seating areas. Read more

Too many menus to choose. My sons and wife had a hard time choosing. The price was a little higher than I expected. Fiver orders... took over 15 minutes. Considering there were four people outside and five people cooking inside it took too long time for fivesandwiches when nobody was on the line. Taste was okay. Be aware. The worst Philly Cheesteak I ever had... I mean there is not much to it. Bread, meat, peppers, onions, cheese right. Well here... is the thing if the meat is not seasoned correctly thats pretty much all you taste is peeppers and cheese and onions. Listenthey do have a wide selection of sandwiches, but this one they tanked big time. Just no taste at all and I had to wait longerthen normal. I ordered philly steak and fries. The sandwich had to give it away to somone more daring then me. The fries is alli'm eating from this meal. Not good at all. Going out on my lunch break to get bad food, that's the worst. Read more

These guys are pros at sandwiches. They are true masters. Anything you get will be good. There?s hundreds of choices, especially... if you factor in the different options for bread including, no bun, lettuce wrapped etc. We got the Letter R and thesouthwestern wrap - incredible. I?ve been told to try the ?cardiac corner? but did not go for it. Maybe next time. Highlyrecommended. Read more
