Management is horrible. I ordered 2 pizzas and they were old. I know what fresh pizza look like. These were old. Sauce looked... old cheese looked old. Just all around old pizzas. Called and talked to this loser of a manager. He was such a disgusting humanbeing. I will never order from them again. I will be calling corporate. Read more
Great food! Great service, delivery came in 25 minutes!
Yesterday we ordered 5 items and I went in for a pick up. The guy gave had a hard time hearing my name which I had repeated 4... times. He gave me 3 items, not checking the slip to confirm how many items I had, and went on to take a phone call for someonecalling in an order. I waited for few minutes until another employee noticed I didn?t leave and came to see if something waswrong. So, I finally got my 2 remaining items and left. All in all it took about 20min in the store to get my order??. Thisplace is a JOKE!!!! We had same problems before when we used to get deliveries from this place. Most times items would bemissing. We call and had never gotten our remaining items, must be still out for Delivery!!!! Read more
I'd give them a zero if I could. Although the manager Aygon was polite. It took almost 3 hours for our food to arrive. I wanted... a refund and he said my order is out for delivery and almost an hour later it was still on the way. I called back for him tocontact the driver to return my food for a full refund, he tells me when the driver gets here to tell him bring the food back...why would I wait for the food FINALLY arrive to then send it back. I've had issues with this location since living in this area.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN! save your money and order elsewhere. By the way I ordered online at 8:29 and as I amwriting this I STILL have received my order and its 10:50pm. Just order elsewhere. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would, ordered two pies one for wife and I one for kids both super burned order this at 1030pm... store closes at 12am at 1140pm ordered said delivered/complete I called 5 times no one picked up got in my car at 1155 and droveto store at I?m about to get to store my wife calls at 1210am saying the guy just delivered the pizza absolutely horrible justhorrible kids couldn?t take one bite of pizza and neither could we they don?t even pick up the phone just ridiculous.. This is the last time I am ordering here. Today I order to pickup at 9pm. I can by 9 and their dashboard was showing 79m of wait... time. I was waiting inside the store and I was very concerned the way they were working. 1. One of the employee was coughingheavily while preparing pizza by his hand. He also was not even wearing a mask. 2. An employee started fighting and all otheremployees joined in front of customers. One of them called cops. 3. A person came from outside (not sure if he is an employee,he was not waring domino?s uniform) and started making pizzas. 4. I saw a pizza falls down from the oven to the ground and theytook it and pack it back in the delivery box. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. 5. Cops came and the unknown employee asked all thecustomers who are waiting for their pizza to wait outside and he said that he would bring it outside (which did not happen).It?s about an hour waiting for my pizza in a cold rainy night then I went inside and wait around 30m. I saw another pizza nearto drop from the oven and asked one of the employee to take it before it drops. At the end I got my pizza, came home, open thebox but it?s not exactly what I ordered. Small shop but very helpful and kind staff. I ordered large pizza and get longgggg hair from one of the slice, thank God that I... catch it before my son ate that from plate.. trust me I didn't order men's haircut topping on my pizza..!! I know mistake happenbut this will ruined our family fun!! From now onwards I will make sure that I will check the pizza before I left the store!! Read more
I have been ordering the same buffalo chicken pizza from this place for a long time. It makes me sad to see the inconsistent... quality of the pizzas which I received over time. Sometimes it is right but most of the times either it is too dry or thetoppings were missing or very long wait time etc. I am done ordering from this dominos again Read more
