The food here was amazing! I got the Italian Br. Wrap & Fried clam strips which comes with fries. Let me tell you it was really... good! My only complaint is that the clam strips are a little bit small but they more than make up for it with the amount thatthey give you. Overall a great experience and trust me I will be back. Read more

Their food are amazing especially with that prices. It is my go to place, for breakfast I recommend classic egg benedict with... pork bacon and onion pepper add-on, for dinner and lunch I always try something new. Their menu is rich and chefs are open theadjustments as my request which they do spot-on. Waiters are really friendly, especially Jess. Special thanks to her. Read more
I love the food, our waitress was super nice. Been there many times over the years. But tonight I was told my tip was not... enough. I was shocked! She said there is a mandatory 18 per cent tip! And she insisted I update the amount. Gave a total 16dollars in tip. They just lost a customer. Read more
My friend and I visited Hillsborough Star Diner on a whim one Sunday morning. Once we arrived we were seated immediately, and... the place was really packed with patrons. Him and I ordered omelettes, home fries well done and hot coffee. The omelette wasincredibly delicious and the home fries were seasoned incredibly well. One thing I noted was the plate and mug the food & coffeecame in were all heated - so the food & drinks were able to retain their heat for longer. It's such a small detail but it makesall the difference when it comes to how the food tastes over time as one eats. Amazed at how incredible the omelette was, weordered pancakes with banana & Nutella to split and it was some of the most well made pancakes around. It was super large,fluffy and the Nutella & banana combo really hit the spot. I feel like this place is a nice little local gem that I discoveredkind of late as I've lived in the area for over 10 years. I'll definitely be revisiting soon to try some of their otherselections!
