This Boro location was spot on for a while. The last two pickup orders were wrong, causing me to wait while they made a new sub.... This defeats the purpose of app orders. The floor in the work area is also filthy. I will order somewhere else going forward. Read more

Very disappointed to see the treatment of your employees who are being forced to work during a heat wave with a broken air... conditioner. I felt so bad for the employees suffering with a fan blowing hot air, sweating etc. They were told maybe nextweek it will be fixed. Have been to this location many times now and compared to others, they need to be better organized. The food was fine, but the... wait was way too long past the pick up time. Plus, the people lined up to pick up their food, they were waiting for quite awhile. They even lost someone?s order, said someone else must have taken it and had to remake. Horrible, rude service. I placed an order online, arrived at the time that I was supposed to pick up order, and announced... myself. I watched as people who entered the store after me placed orders on the line and got their food right away. Afterwaiting 10 minutes, I inquired about my order and told them that I had placed the order almost half an hour ago. The guy whowas making sandwiches told me that I didn?t in fact wait half an hour. His response to me was: ?Your order should?ve been readyat 12:51, my friend?. (Time is now 1:00pm). I told him that we?re already almost 10 minutes past the time when it?s supposedto be ready and that 4 other people that ordered at the store were able to get their orders immediately. I asked for a refundto which he responded by telling me to leave the store and never come back. This guy deserves to be fired for how rude andobnoxious he was. Read more

So my wife bought 2 sandwiches for $25. What a rip off!!! I will show you a pic of the sandwich. It was a sad looking sandwich,... nothing like the pic online.
