I tried the Detroit style pizza and it sucks. I tried other pizzas here before and they were okay. Staff was nice.
Very poor service We ordered at 7.30 and as per order pizza should ready by 7.50 but pizza hut guys was not able to find order... by 8.30 pm and finally we asked about pizza then they said sorry sorry...useless service by this Hillsborough pizza hut. Read more
Installed the app, got meatlovers with white sauce and a FREE desert! It is actually less expensive to get meatlovers and a free... desert through the app, than just to drive up to a store. I am glad to have made such a discovery! Read more
Online ordering was simple and easy to use. I could only do carry-out due to my location, but that's all good. Order was made to... my liking. Stuff crust has been the best feature from Pizza Hut since it was added. Employee was professional and answered allmy questions. Will return in the near future. Read more
They put some kind of spicy sauce instead of what I ordered on a pizza I bought for my child, witch made it inedible. The entire... pizza went in the trash. Read more
Good pizza however this is the third time it has happened and its not holiday, weekend, or something going on but afternoon and... when you call to place order you're put on hold for very very long time. After holding for while I've gone somewhere else andordered for delivery and other pizza shops pick up and deliver fast most all pizzerias in hillsborough. Called Pizza hut againafter writing this review now it goes to voice mail after 4-5 rings. Wow! how are they running this business? They probably losea lot of customers. They either need to increase their staff or have someone dedicated to take orders. Read more
Let me preface this review by saying, you generally know what you're going to get when you order pizza hut. The food is fast... food, not gourmet dining. I'm giving Pizza Hut 5-stars because the staff was friendly and professional and they made my orderquickly and correctly. The pizza itself is uninspiring. The original pan crust & base are fluffy with a slightly buttery/oilyflavor but overall plain tasting. The cheese and sauce are okay, I guess. I wanted to try their new beyond pizza to see how thesausage is and it's about what I expected. You're not likely going to fool anyone into thinking it's animal sausage, but I don'treally think that's the purpose anyway. It's another company jumping on the alternative-meat bandwagon and I wholeheartedlysupport it. I'm glad more companies are normalizing the existence of meat alternatives and I hope they become more prolific inevery type of restaurant from fast-food to fine dining. Anyway, the beyond sausage topping is best enjoyed with a variety ofother toppings on the pizza if you want a good experience. By itself it's alright, but adding other toppings like onions or hotpeppers can really blend the flavors nicely. If I'm being honest, I would recommend supporting your small business pizzeriasover a corporate chain. If you are craving fast food pizza, I suppose you can't go wrong with The Hut. Read more
For some reason the taste, quality and overall experience has deteriorated and its not just at one location. We tried the North... Brunswick, NJ location a few weeks ago and the whole order was messed up, we gave it a pass keeping in mind the labor issuesetc, tried again same bad experience. Next we were visiting our daughter in Cherry Hill and we had a similar experience therealso, where our favorite pan pizza felt more like a thin crust, lacking flavor, ao we were in Hillsborough NJ where we used toorder from regularly and ordered yesterday and were dissatisfied.
