2022 Update - Issue still persists. Last time I was here myself and several customers were waiting for mobile orders to be... prepared. A customer walked in, ordered at the register, and had their drink prepared right away. A customer made a comment tostaff about this, and employee responded they're short staffed. What does being short staffed have to do w/ disorganization ofpreparing orders? If several customers for mobile orders are waiting, prepare theirs first, than take and prepare new orders atthe register. Customers already at the store should have their mobile orders prioritized. I arrived today a few minutes aheadof my estimated pickup time. I was the only customer waiting for a mobile. After ~5 minutes I asked barista if they can checkon my order...was told they'll get to it because they're very busy. I understand it's fair to go in order of which theyreceive...but if a customer is already at the store (and is the only one waiting), doesn't it make sense to prepare their orderbefore preparing order's of customer's who haven't reached? Especially when it's an easy order that only takes ~30 seconds toprep? Some barista's at this location are great and see me waiting, ask my name / order, and prep mine so I don't have to wait. Relatively new location on the 206 (about 200m away from the old ones). Consistent coffee, large seating area. Great place to... take a break from shopping, relax with friends, family or alone. I ordered a latte which was too milky - so the barista offeredto handcraft me a cortado (not on their menu) - which was divine. I really like this Starbucks location sometimes the hours they are open is a little funky but they make really good drinks and... follow special requests for drinks which is really nice. When they make the drink wrong they will always fix it which is reallynice especially when they are busy. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks. The line always looks pretty long but it goesreally quick. Read more
Waited 30 mins had to give my order again and the photo is supposed to be a salted caramel cold brew. It is not made correctly... as my last 2x I was there. Staff needs training. Read more

This is my go to Starbucks. Staff are nice and always get my order quickly. Drive-through can get busy (about 10-15 cars) in the... evenings so it's better to avoid rush hours. There's a huge parking and always empty next to it, if you just wanna sit inside oroutside. Read more
They can not make a nitro cold brew at all. Always nasty.
