I?ve never had a bad item at Samantha?s pupusa?s. Everything is made to order so if you have dietary issues or allergies they... are great about making those changes for you or letting you know what?s in it. I am one of those people that likes to trydifferent items when I go to the same restaurant and I truly have enjoyed everything I?ve tried. I love the pupusa?s and theyhave good breakfasts as well. If you are into desserts this is also the place for you! They have a huge dessert menu thatchanges but they will have some items that they have every day. Definitely recommend! Very worth the 20 min drive from Durham. Good prices and a reasonable wait time. The chilaquiles and pupusas (not pictured) were... excellent, but the real standout for me was the breakfast burrito. The perfect breakfast burrito recipe, imo, has eggs,potatoes, black beans, cheese, an optional protein, and fresh Pico + salsa on the side. Too many places around the Triangle missan ingredient or two, but Samantha's pupusas absolutely nailed it and cooked it well. Read more
I had pupusas and pollo con tajadas (chicken with fried green bananas) really good. Their Pupusas are the best in Hillsborough... and one of the best in Durham. Place is very clean and friendly staff. Read more

Highly recommend trying this place. We love the variety of pupusas they offer. Some of our favorites are the black bean, garlic... and chicken. We noticed this time that they also have a wide offering of bakery items; cakes, cookies and pies. We plan to placean order for cakes and pies over the coming holidays. Perfect items to bring to a family member during the holiday season. Wecan't wait to go back and try some other items on their menu. They are always extremely friendly and make the experience diningthere a great one. Read more
