I was stuck in a long line, but they remained calm and polite. That speaks highly of the quality of workers there. Even when... the customer behind me was being a complete jerk, they still continued their excellent customer service. I tipped them what Icould because that takes some strong will power. The staff was awesome. The coffee not so much. Not terrible but left an after taste that wouldn't go away. I got a hot white... chocolate with french vanilla and the feel and taste after I swallow. I didn't finish the $5 (green size) and won't do it again.Thanks but no thanks. Read more

They removed the lounge pictured above,This was one of the nicest Bigby's around. From Ohio to surrounding Mich. They have now... expanded the gym in to the lounge area ,The conference rooms still exist, Follow the ugly burnt orange long hall way through theback door of the dining area. There's two to be used by appointment. Coffee is still good coffee just less plain flavoredcoffees sans the sugar . Read more
