As a former employee of Cottage Inn, I am gravely dissapointed. I ordered the Inn Sticks, large size its my go to on the menu.... It always comes with butter garlic sauce and plenty of parmasean on top. I paid the driver a 3 dollar tip and got undercookedsticks with no sauces at all and literally no parmasean whatsoever, cmon crew lets put in some effort please. Brought the family out tonight to have a good time. It was a busy afternoon. There was a birthday party downstairs and I am... pretty sure a birthday party upstairs as well, plus lots of other families in there. So there were LOTS of kids. The kids werebeing typical kid's and they were obviously excited and having a good time, plus with so many of them playing in the play area,it got loud a few times.. an employee got very loud and SCREAMED at the kids for being loud. So loud, that the people upstairscould hear her even with all the noise up there and I wouldn't be surprised if the people outside could hear her as well. Veryunprofessional. She could have taken that in soooo many better ways, and more professional ways. One family left almost directlyafter she done that and I heard two other groups say that the place had lost them as a returning customer. And I honestly myselfdon't think I'll be returning either, I especially won't be taking my children back there. This woman obviously either doesn'tdo well with the public or she has a problem with children. Whichever it is, she clearly needs to find a new job. There areplenty of factories in the area hiring. What she should have done was either calmly ask the children to settle down or she couldhave talked to the groups of adults/parents and asked them to take care of it. My kids weren't part of it, but I still do notagree with it one bit. There was no "warning" or anything. Just straight SCREAMING right off the bat. She obviously needs a wakeup call that when you have 20 plus small kids all in one area, it's going to be loud or crazy. And if it is a problem, then theyshould just take the play area out in general. Don't work at a place that has play equipment for kids and expect there to becrickets chirping. Really disappointed with today's service. Or lack of it. I don't appreciate having a mistake laid on me when I'm not at fault. ... I have been bringing my grankids here for a while. We most always order the same thing so I questioned why today's order was 6$more than usual. I was treated coldly and a if I had done something wrong. Then instead of an apology, I get a lame excuseinstead. I think our visits here will be far less frequent. An apology would have made a huge difference. Read more

Love the pizza. Activities are great. Love to go there and let the kids play and always great for a party. We go often. Could... use better employees for the mini golf part. My husband cut his hand on a sharp part of the golf club (appeared to be fiberglassthat needed taped), we told the employees but they did not care and put it back into rotation. Read more
I ordered oven roasted wings my daughter ordered a salad and some innstix. The salad and innstix came out right away. My... daughter realized that people that ordered after us the girl she talked to was rude and when they finally brought out the wings30 minutes later they were breaded. Read more
This is my grandson's favorite restaurant. He doesn't come here for the play area, or the go karts, or the mini golf, or the... arcade. He comes here because he can have a "salad" made of peas, cheese, and ham. I believe most of the staff know him by now.It is a really good place. It's got a nice buffet, there's lots of seating, things to keep the kids busy, but if there is a rampto get in it I did not see it today. All I saw was the steps at the main entrance. Read more
