I went thru the drive thru, 5$pizza handed girl 20.$and exact change. She took my money put it in her drawer and spun around... grabbed a pizza and handed it to me. I drove away Not realizing that she had 15.00$ of mine until I was almost home. Now I don'tknow if she will be able to remember me, but she is over on her till,if she does that to everyone she's making a killing. This location is terrible! I placed an order on the app and my mom went to pick up when it said it was ready. They told her to... pull around up front and they would bring it out. After 20 minutes she went in and they said yea it's been waiting for ya. Sorude! The order was wrong also, they forgot an entire pizza and when I called to ask the manager for a refund he refused therefund or to give his name! Whoever was working November 23 2021 at 9 pm as the manager was plain rude and he needs to choseanother career. Customer service takes patience and apologies when you mess up! For a small town this is so sad! Toledo does somuch better and they are actually busy???? Read more
