Stopped here quick before work, I worked 12 hour shifts. I am a nurse at the hospital this will probably be the only chance I... get to eat and both my fries and fish sandwich were cold not even a little bit warm. Also was supposed to have extra tarter onthe fish sandwich, it did not! The only thing good about the stop was the pop taste OK. Jessie (packaging drive thru) and topper (handing out in drive thru are probably the rudest employees I have came across since... Covid started. I did bring my problem to management and she quickly resolved I wish I would?ve grabbed her name. Service was good. Went through the drive through. Bought two large frozen sprite lemonade, just under 5.00 Not so bad.
I only go their for breakfast every time we go for dinner the fries are cold we don't go to dinner or supper their becuse 60%... of the time are order.is never right.One of your bosses should go and see how Culver's do their drive threw so orders do notget messed up they have a good system going on their in coldwater. The young people that run the drive thru are great. We go there every day for frappes and most of the young ones know our order.... If I had one complain, it wouldn't have anything to do with the staff. The frappe machine isn't pulverizing the ice like itshould. The frappe is now a combination of a frappe and an iced mocha.
