The young people that run the drive thru are great. We go there every day for frappes and most of the young ones know our order.... If I had one complain, it wouldn't have anything to do with the staff. The frappe machine isn't pulverizing the ice like itshould. The frappe is now a combination of a frappe and an iced mocha. Stopped here quick before work, I worked 12 hour shifts. I am a nurse at the hospital this will probably be the only chance I... get to eat and both my fries and fish sandwich were cold not even a little bit warm. Also was supposed to have extra tarter onthe fish sandwich, it did not! The only thing good about the stop was the pop taste OK. As expensive as the food was you wouldthink it could have been Hot and made right! Thanks a lot for a no good expensive only meal of the day. Read more

Jessie (packaging drive thru) and topper (handing out in drive thru are probably the rudest employees I have came across since... Covid started. I did bring my problem to management and she quickly resolved I wish I would?ve grabbed her name. But customersget upset when they see 10 orders go out the drive thru and I was only waiting on an iced coffee? at least tell the customer youare short staffed so they aren?t thinking you don?t care about them?! Service was good. Went through the drive through. Bought two large frozen sprite lemonade, just under 5.00 Not so bad.

I only go their for breakfast every time we go for dinner the fries are cold we don't go to dinner or supper their becuse 60%... of the time are order.is never right.One of your bosses should go and see how Culver's do their drive threw so orders do notget messed up they have a good system going on their in coldwater. Kids love it, however, 97% of the time the order is wrong or partially missing. Unless you have a receipt (which they hardly... ever provide) they won't correct their mistakes or replace your food. New management says 'that's why there's a screen on themenu, to make sure everything is correct'?... I'm not sure about anyone else, but I have a large family... The screen isn'tlarge enough to show the entire order at once and is only displayed for 2 seconds before they tell you to pull ahead. Also, wasinformed at my last visit that they won't accept coupons off the app if they choose to put in their stores promotions duringyour order!? I do not recommend going here unless you order ahead online... It gives them more time to do their job correctly.$15 an hour should be enough to give back change for a $20 Bill without a manager...imo Read more

Had to pull forward after waiting in drive thru for a while. Then waited a while for the food to be brought out. Burgers made... completely wrong despite the tag on them being correct. Seems to happen that way more times than it doesn't! Read more
