Drive thru line moved very fast for the size line without making us wait after paying. Team work makes the dream work
Every time I go to Wendy?s drive thru it?s always slow?but today was a different story. Went during my 1hr lunch at work, and... spent my whole lunch in the drive thru and spent $12 on my meal and left with no food. Besides the usual slow service, when Igot to the window to pay and get my food, after I got my drinks the girl at the window told me to pull up because the nuggetsweren?t ready. Sat there too long and had to leave eventually to go back to work. So I left with 2 drinks, spending $12. No oneshould ever have to wait that long on their food at a FAST food restaurant. I love Wendy?s but will never go back to the one inhillsdale. Read more

I have been door dashing for 3 months now and Wendy?s is consistently SLOW! I could get there 5 mins after the DoorDash order... came through, sit in the parking lot for 10 mins and they still won?t have the food STARTED by the time I go in! We are talking25 mins for ONE order! I?m currently in the drive thru for 10 mins, 2 cars ahead of me, and the first car is still WAITING TOORDER. 10 mins and the order isn?t even taken yet? Final gave this location another try. Very disappointed. 2 cars in the drive thru. I guess the remodeling didn't help the... customer service. It took a full 15 minutes to get my food. It is 11 am and there was 1 car in front of me with very few cars inthe parking lot. At least the food was warm. I will.not be back soon Read more
Food is good but sick of the terrible service. Everytime I order, I 3nd up having to return because they don't make the food... right. I ordered off the menu. This time bacon egg cheese croissant. Got back to work it was a baconator. I dont eat sausage. SoI went back and even though I stressed my extra bacon on both trips and paid for it, I did not get it. And it is also supposedto have the Swiss cheese I got American. If they were out fine but say something. It is listed on the menu with Swiss! Read more
Grabbed a burger on the way home. I got home tossed it in the air fryer to reheat it started eating it get halfway through the... sandwich and bite into this lovely piece of plastic wrapper or whatever the heck it is. Do better Wendy?s!!! Read more
