Attended baby shower. Nice space. Food was delicious. Restroom clean. Waitstaff polite. If walking stairs an issue for you,... park up at the front door, not in the back. Read more
We stopped in on late Saturday night night and sat at the bar. Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. Loved... the French onion soup and the chicken Francese. The drinks where very generous and tasted great. We had a lovely evening. Read more
I have eaten here many times. Tonight, I was flying solo and couldn't decide whether to take out or eat there. I had a drink at... the bar and looked over the specials, after a few slips of my drink, I decided to take out. Lamb Osso Buco was a special and Inever had it before and it sounded interesting. I asked what it came with...I was told potatoes, veggies, salad, etc. I saidthat sounds good...but very gave the bartender a confirmation I'd like that. It was 5:30 and starting to get crowded. Next thingI know the bartender delivers shopping bag with my order (which I didn't order, but was leaning that way). My drink was halfdone....I felt I was getting pushed out. I said to the bartender "I didn't place any order", she said I did, but she would holdit for me. Purpose I decided on something else, I said....no response.! Rather than make a fuss, I finished my drink, paid thebill and left. When I opened the container the mashed potatoes and vegetables were all meshed together with the Lamb shanksitting on top...not very appetizing....it tasted OK, just OK....not up to their standards. Good lunch selections. Lots of regulars go there for lunch. Can be a bit slow when crowded. I have not tried dinner yet.
Wonderful dinner. Family style salad for the table. Fresh greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and light vinaigrette with a hint of... lemon. I ordered the Pork Chop Campagnola. Baked chop with sausage,potato,pepperocini, mushrooms, onions all in a brown sauce.Oh my Oh my. So delicious! My husband ordered the veal parmigiana with ziti. So so good. Quick but delicious dinner - had to runand watch the Giants. Friendly service, too. We will be back again soon!! Read more
