I?ve been coming to the McDonald's for over 25 years and I?m not sure who this owner Mr.Cha is but this restaurant has failed us... many times. We order a happy meal to go without a toy and sauce too many times to count. Or no juice. Probably should haveexpressed my unfortunate short comings several months ago. Im not one to complain and I know that things happen sometimes. Afterthe way my situation was handled yesterday I felt the need to speak up! I place a mobile order through the drive-thru. I got nosauce with my kids happy meal. The tiny fry wasn?t even filled up! I call in to for the first to explain that I am missingsauce. Whomever answers listens and lets me know that there is nothing they can do. I request a supervisor. The phone call isdropped. I call back I get the same individual who pretends to have not just answered the phones I explain my situation and thatthis is more like the 10th time this happened this year. He puts down the phone and not even to mention that he would be gettinga supervisor. I can hear In the background laughing. The phone was put down for 5 mins and no one returned. Someone hung upagain! I call back I was sent to voicemail. I called back and get a Julian this time. He explains there are no managers on dutybut he is the supervisor. He offers no type of help and does t care to address the other 10 times someone has dropped the ball.I request to have a supervisor give me a call the next day. He takes down my name and lets me know someone will call metomorrow. Julian fails to take down my number lol. How can someone call me back if you have not decided to take down a callback.Smh. It?s now 5pm and I still have yet to be contacted. Mr. Cha, you need new workers. I don?t get greeted with a ?hello? at thedriver thru, the payment window or at the window where I pick up my food. No ones addressed me as a customer. I worked at thisMcDonald?s years ago and I pride myself on customer service. This McDonalds has gone down hill. Read more
While McDonald's should receive a zero for food...I had to select a star... the customer service isn't bad.. I would like to see... McDonald's closed or change/update. Fries taste like cardboard and burgers/chicken suspicious. I know the owners are notconsuming or serving this food to their family!!!! Read more

1st off the new adult happy meal, is super over priced. I will never buy it!! I asked for 2 mcdoubles, one with cheese and... ketchup, one with everything, no pickles. I repeated it twice, they still gave me two with just cheese and ketchup. Fries tasteover cooked. I knew we should have went to Wendy's!! Read more
Hours on google and on window say the drive through is open 24 hours. We arrived at 3:30 after a rough flight hoping for coffee... and found cones in both drive through lines. Even when we went to the window no one showed up to take our order. Does not appearto be functioning as a 24 hour drive through. Read more
It's interesting. I use the McDonald's app every time, mostly for coffee and diet Coke. For the last couple of years at least... there has been a deal on the app to get a 99 cent large coffee. They just ended that promotion. Now they have a promotion whereif you order a dollars worth of food or beverage and McDonald's, you will get a free large coffee. So I found a workaround. NowI order a small diet Coke for a dollar and get a free large coffee on the app promotion. So I used to get a large coffee for$0.99. now I get a small diet Coke and a large coffee for $1. I'm sure this won't last for long because I imagine McDonald's iswatching our every move. As an Uber and Lyft driver I rely on McDonald's for my caffeine fix in my bathroom needs all over thecity of Chicago. It's always a safe haven. Read more
Just ordered, or is busy so we waited at their drive thru waiting area. They brought the wrong order then when they brought the... right one, came with no fries. Kevin the manager doesn?t have a clue about customer service. I placed an order using the mobile app w payment as I do at least... once a week only to have him charge me again at the window. I explained and showed him the payment processed on the app but heresumed to charge me. As a business manager in the fast good industry i know he couldve easily accommodate me but he chose notto.
