Bad experience, I was charged $16 dollars for a lunch special that was suppose to be $10.25. The rude lady at the cashier hungup... on me when I called and explained to her that the shrimp fried rice had 2 small shrimp thus I was charged $4.00 for shrimp friedrice instead of the chicken rice. What a joke! Will never go to this place again. SAVE your time and money and go to 1st chopsuey at least you won't get ripped off and given a bunch of old brown rice with 2 shrimps. This place has a sign up saying no refund, no exchange, but yet they sold me uncooked shrimp fried rice and sweet and sour... shrimp and would not replace my order when they were in the wrong. I will never order from here again. Read more
This restaurant gave me spoiled chicken and refused to exchange it when I brought it back. They must have a lot of issues when... it comes to food. Ordered lunch a beef egg fuyon was the worst I Ever had the gravy was like brown water not to mention they charged a extra 4.00$... because of the COVID which they don't mention until u get your food this experience was a terrible one and I suggest if youhave a taste for Chinese food to find you another one . The last I went to this place the fried chicken was so hard I couldn't even eat it. This place used to be my spot for takeout... now wouldn't go back there for any reason. I don't know if they changed management or not but when your money you expect to betreated with respect. Over cooking a person's food is disrespectful to say the least. The guy told me 7 minutes on the phone, then lied and said he told me 10 min in person. He rushed me to get there because they... were closing early.
