If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!! The customer service at this location is subpar, and this is me being nice. I was charged... for an order that I didn't receive. I placed an online order, made it to the restaurant, and was told my order was canceled. Thelady at the counter was very rude and frantic. She said that if I wanted the order, I would have to order and pay with cash. Iexplained that I had already placed an online order, and the funds were debited from my account. She stated the charge woulddrop from my account. This is day number 4, and the funds still need to be returned to my account. Does good customer serviceeven exist anymore? I called the establishment today, 11/21/22, and was told I needed to speak with the owner. I was told tocontact the owner and, if he doesn't answer, to send a text. I sent a text, and he blocked my number!!! I wasn't rude at all. Iwill be filing a complaint with the BBB. Please do not patronize any establishment that doesn't put the customer first anddoesn't take accountability for their mistakes. Avoid this location at all costs!!! Read more
The customer service when I went in there on Friday night was outstanding . A middle eastern guy I don't recall his name . Was... running the operation like a champ . I know you have to cook to a certain temp . But they seemed just a little bit overcooked .They have a goid selection of flavors too. Maybe add coleslaw or potato salad would be good . Read more
After calling for 10mins and the system circling me back to the menu to place an order, someone finally answers only to say the... wait is 2hrs. How? This wingstop has declined seriously in the past year, if it's not the nasty attitude front crew it's thewings not being done or not sauced. I went to another location Please get it together. Today on Friday 7/22/2022, i called in an order over the phone and was treated very nice by the wing stop associate, even when i... finally got to the establishment i paid for my meal with Jessel and proceeded to wait for my name to be called (Tre). Aftersitting for about 20 minutes or longer and i called in about 20 minutes before, there was another female cashier who was left bythe register but she did not have any courtesy as far as acknowledging my food being done and on top of the when it was finallydone, the manager Mustafa asked the female cashier was Tre?s food paid for and she answered no as if she did not see me waitingthere all that time and didn't even apologize at that. I didn?t get her name but she was a young African American female and tobe completely honest, having people like that on your staff with bring your establishment down. Read more

I had an issue over 10 days ago. I placed an online order and was charged, I went to pick up the order and was told my order was... cancelled because the system was down. I went in a few days later and was told I would receive a refund. It is now day 11 and mythird time requesting my money. I go in this evening and a lady with purple hair(Stephanie, if that?s her name) is at the frontand her attitude is super nasty. This is the same lady who initially told me my order was cancelled because the systems weredown. If you don?t want to work in the customer service sector, don?t! There was no need for the excessive attitude. Eitherrefund my money or give me the meal I ordered. It?s simple. The lack of professionalism is astounding. Avoid this location atall costs!!!! Read more
