Ordered a double whopper no cheese! Onion rings. I got the bag at the drive thru and took a phone call from my office and didn't... check the contents. Food was served hot and it was delicious, Service was excellent.
Horrible service. Ordered 6 burgers and we had to wait over 30 mins to get them. They asked us to wait in the parking lot and... said it will be out in 10 mins. It took over 30 mins. Read more
I was rushed ordering then when I get to the window I tell the young lady can they not put ketchup on the burger. She was very... nice and did not have any issue. I apologized and then this bitter old lady with braids, glasses and neon pink nails comes tothe window yelling saying why didnt I tell her before and she was rolling her eyes and slamming my card on the counter of thedrive thru window. I just told her never mind I dont want the food and give me my card back. She then was trying to play gamesand be funny like she wasnt able to hand me my card and I had to almost get out my car to get my card. She was so nasty andunprofessional. Only gave it a three stars because they usually have my impossible burgers. This morning they didn't and I left empty handed.... But I got to experience another drive thru which was next door.
