This Place seems like its abandoned, No lights! No cars, but yet the cashier computerlight is on but No one there to take... service. I get it, DD isn?t a high end place and we get what we pay for, but this place is lacking on the most standard of practices,... it?s lacking on cleanliness and basic sanitary conditions. We saw the woman working here not use gloves to reach into the bagelcontainers, get money and handle all other products without cleaning her hands. When we called her out on it, she said, ?I havegloves, I can use them.? I think that since this is a drive through only location, they think people can?t see what they do.Nasty!!! I just got the worst bagel I ever had. I ordered a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. It was stale, soggy and rubbery... and There were spots were rock hard. It honestly tasted and felt like they took a bagel that sat out for a day then then theymicrowaved so it was not as noticeable. We arrived at 4:44 pm to drive through order place. We drove specifically to this Dunkin, because it eas on our way. According... to Google maps it was supposed to be open till 5 pm. When we were pulling to Dunkin lot we saw a big sign saying 24 HOUR DRIVETHROUGH, but before even we started placing order, a girl on speaker said the Dunkin is closed. When we started complaining thatwe cam drove specifically to this place and it us supposed to be open till 5 pm, she said to pull over to the window. We askedfor Donut. She said no donuts available. We asked for Hash browns, she said everything is closed and she can only give coffeewhich she messed up anyway, we asked without sugar. She gave very sweet, but after we asked to change, she did. I don'tunderstand why shops close ahead of time. A car front of us was turned away. This is not the 1st time I face such "closure".People stop by, because they need your products/coffee, they rely on hours. I think it's very unfair when this happens. I have been a customer of Duncan Donuts for years and for the 1st time ever I have had the worst experience . The lady was... very rude and my wife repeated my order three times and she still didnt get it right. She kept screaming hello over the intercomas if she had no education, no professionalism does not know how to speck to people.
