Staff has leisurely non work related conversations with people while keeping customers waiting. I walked out after standing... there (only person in the store) while staff had conversions about TV shows and people they know. I'm appalled!! Drive thru was fast. Coffee was great. I asked for a vanilla cream donut but was given a glazed donut.
Ice tea is better with lemon. Not sure why lemon is now longer available for iced or hot tea. Dunkin must be cheap to... eliminate lemon ???? for tea. Ill be going to other franchises that offer lemon ???? with ice tea. Ice tea without lemon???? is wrong!!! Read more

One star, because drive thru they don?t take your order correctly, they always giving you the wrong order then will blame you... for the order. this DD location has a lady she seems a Spanic short lady, she is always very rude with customers, she doesn?tknow how to behave with customers, whenever you tell her the order is not correct she starts arguing. I?m a Dunkin? brat because I love their bagels. This is the only Dunkin? that always has fresh fluffy bagels. I?ve tried... different locations and no one comes even close. The employees are so kind and friendly. Love this place. Read more
