I love Dunkins fast service and the food itself, I took a long walk up there for something, My food was ready in a snap and it... was very hot even walking back to my house it was still hot, Thanks to the ovens they used, Can be pricey but it recommended asa nearby place for breakfast. Read more
I went to this DD and I was treated poorly. The employees there are very unprofessional. They are always on their phones and... none of the employees are at the counter when a customer walks in. They become irate or rude when you ask them to take yourorder. Read more
This place is a mess. I've been working on a project near by so for the past 5 months I've been going pretty much every day. ... The store is a complete mess and it's start with management. On several occasions I heard management speaking to employees asif they are worthless individuals. I think this is the reason why it seems like everyday they have new employees (I could bewrong). There's another dunkin donuts about 8 minutes away and that's where I plan to go, I suggest you do the same. Avoidthis place moral is buried. Read more
Poor customer service! There?s a male worker that always have his underwear showing and has an attitude! He works the morning... and evening shift. Before I can even place an order, I hear him sucking his teeth like a little boy. Don?t bother saying thankyou because he doesn?t care lol. Horrible customer service :) good night Read more
HOW ABOUT NO STARS FOR THE ATTITUDE AND CRAPPY SERVICE i work walking distance from this place and i will go the extra 5 minutes... to drive to the one in elizabeth because i have an issue with my coffee here every single time. i get to the window and simplyasked if they put the carmael in me coffee because i order cream and no sugar specifically because the caramel is so sweet. whenthe woman gave me my coffee it appeared like there was absolutely no caramel so i nicely asked if it was possible to add morethe girl next to her with long curly hair rolled her eyes all upset telling the woman she put it in there already. then thewoman comes back with my coffee and napkins concealing it when i get to my job she had put a ton of caramel the coffee is noteven drinkable at this point. beyond ridiculous certainly not coming again and advising others not to.
