This McDonald's never listen. I asked for extra sauce and onions on my steak egg and cheese and got none twice even while... inside! They are super slow and don't follow SIMPLE directions! It's a newly renovated place. I'm Puerto Rican and I'm fluent in both English and Spanish... But obviously from clear visual... appearance all of the workers that I saw speak Spanish, even the manager but when I spoke English to the manager she chose torespond to me in Spanish. This is frustrating because I conduct my business in English and if I'm speaking to you in English I'mexpecting for you to respond to me in English, especially while you're at work. I was asking the manager about how theMcDonald's app works and all she would tell me was that "yo no sé usar eso" (translation: I don't know how to use that). Idon't know if they tell the workers to not help with issues like this and just collect the money and cook and deliver but thecustomer service was not as inviting as it should have been. Read more

Horrible customer service. I literally was in the drive thru, placed my order, paid for it and went into the pickup window. The... lady told me to go the next one to pick up my order. So i drove further up and waited. I realized that 4 cars that were behindme had picked up the orders from the originally window i was first at. I then knocked on the window i waited at and it appearedto be the manager that popped up explain to her what happens and took another 3 mins to get my order. Best part is they got theorder wrong too. The medium fry was a far cry from full and nothing like advertised. I remember as a kid, these cardboard holders were brimming... with fries. They need to update the advertisement to reflect the real deal. Also, we tried to order a cup of tap water as wedon't like purified Dasani bottled water. We've never been charged for a cup of water at ANY McDonald's but we were told theydon't have any free water (I would have paid a few cents for the cup but it sounded like it was bottle or nothing) So, weskipped the water. Since I'm leaving a review, I'll also note this location doesn't serve the breakfast burrito all day. I'verun into this before but the majority of McDonalds offer it all day. This is significant for our family. My 5 yr old son eatslimited meat but he will eat a breakfast burrito any day. So, that's our "go to" or he orders nothing. But that's not thereason for my review. My issue is with the sad state of our medium fry and denied request for a cup of tap water. Read more
