This place I have been coming for a while and my wraps are always good. On 4/23/22 sat.evening. nonmo and demetri was servers.... Nonmo didn't say hello or anything . I ask her to heat up my wrap with 2 pieces of bacon and cheese -she did it but noresponse..she only 1 tomatoes on wrap. Extremely small!!!???? . Then.demitri assisted my daughter with much attitude-somebodyshould have stayed home! People need to realize CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES ALONG WAY!! Anyone. could be the owner CEO. they bothneed training!! I couldn't believe my eyes...this was the worst sandwich I ever received...more bread than everything else...flat, dry and... nearly meatless and vegetable-less..Either they haven't trained the new people properly or at all or they're skimming thesandwiches to gain a better profit for charging full price...who would pay $7-$8 for this sandwich? If I could give this place a zero I would! Went here yesterday 6/29/21 And what an experience. First I was not acknowledged by... any of the employees. When I was the young man who was work was rude and talking on his personal phone. I tell him my order hecoughed in his hand didnt wash them after had no gloves on and still tried to make my sandwich. Terrible service!!! I went in for a chicken & bacon protein bowl and it took a while for the employees to realize I was even... there. The server wasn?t coherent at all as I had to repeat my order more than 3x, also mind you I was the only one there. Thenonce he went to put the chicken and bacon he tossed more than half of it on the board then threw it away without refilling mybowl and ended up with 4 chicken links. This is the third time I have went around 9pm, 9:15pm( they do not close until 10pm) and I was unable to get the sandwich I... wanted. All of their warmers were off and workers were packing up to leave. I am highly unsatisfied with this Subway (this beingmy local one) , will not be revisiting. Read more
