Waited 10 minutes just to get my order taken and there was only one car in line ahead of me. Took an additional 15 minutes to... get my food. The food was the nastiest I had ever eaten out of a Hardee's. The burger was cold and the cheese wasn't even meltedon it. The bun was stale and hard. The fries were cold and tasted old. Never again will I eat here or suggest anyone does. I didnotice that it had a 88.0 rating from the health department. And being such a small place that is disappointing and disturbing. Read more

Very dirty. Bathrooms always stink and standing water. Biscuits very greasy and flat. Very very over priced. $8 for two egg... and cheese biscuits. Read more
Ordered 10 piece chicken box. The chicken was DARK brown almost burnt. It was so hard I had to break off pieces to find any... chicken meat! It tasted as if the oil it was cooked in was old plus several of the tenders were only two inches long. I callthat a nugget NOT a tender! Read more
Ordered a chicken combo, ketchup only on the sandwich. As I'm waiting I see the employee drop their glove on the floor, bend... over & pick it up, & put it on, & then proceed to touch food. I informed the staff member in front of me. They addressed theemployee & there was back & forth, instead of just apologizing & putting on a new clean glove. I continued to complain aboutthis. The employees in the back then disappeared into the back of the building. When the employee returned he had his glovedhand in the back of his pants. I informed the front employee about this as well. Again, no one insisted that the employee put ona clean new glove. When they finally gave me my sandwich, it had mayonnaise on it. Again, without any apology... They remade mysandwich & gave me a cash refund. smh No one knows how to say "I'm sorry." or apologize verbally anymore. Read more
I love Hardee's . The food is awesome and so are the prices . They almost always have a special for breakfast or lunch and... dinner you just have to ask . And they send out coupons through the mail . It's the only restaurant I know that you can use thecoupon twice ! The one in Hillsville is always clean and the cashiers are so friendly and accommodating . Even if they areshort-staffed they make sure you have everything you need . My favorite cashier is Jennifer she is wonderful couldn't ask forbetter service. Read more
We are just leaving the restaurant , we are traveling from Ohio too Florida the two girls working tonight was amazing and very... helpful. The food and shakes was great and the dinning area was clean as well as the restroom . We have a large family so itwas so nice to have had such a wonderful experience. Thank you ladies from Ohio.
