Our order arrived sooner than expected and the delivery driver could not have been nicer.
We were having a Christmas party at work . We ordered 4 large pizzas for the party . We had a issue with the pizzas after we... picked them up . Manager Tiffany took care of the problem immediately . Couldn't have asked for better service or attention toour needs .She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were satisfied . Was passing through traveling from north Carolina to wv. Stopped here to get Carry out pizza to eat on our drive. Waited a half... an hour and $22 later for 3 personal pan pizzas, just for them all to be burnt. The pizza was not good at all, we didn't havetime to go back in to exchange. A few weeks ago I had ordered food from here and when I got there to pick it up it had been given away accidentally so they had... to re-make it. Not only did they give me my order for free but they also gave me $10 off on the order I just placed because oflast time. Great experience ordering online and picking up. Our order was ready very quickly. When I arrived to pick it up there were 6... other vehicles in line to get their order through the pick up window but to my surprise it moved very quickly. Well the stuffed crust pizza was really greasy and the bacon topping I had tasted like fat and it was too soft and the breading... was thinner than usual they usually have a much thicker one but it was really thin this one time but everything else was reallygood I just wish the bacon was more crunchy. But the employees there are really really nice and they make you feel valued as aperson and they always have the pizza ready in 15 minutes or LESS definitely recommend. Read more
Tried to place a call in order no one would answer the phone for a solid 30 mins at 745. So I was in town anyway so drove to... drive thru . Blind skinny girl was setting in chair vaping on her fone texting so I beat on window. She came to window and saiddinning room closed early .I said I've been calling for a solid 30 mins. She said I said not now. I went next door to tacobellI then called back just to see if she would answer and again now answer I watched her walk out get in her sun and smoked forabout 20 mins.
