For the price the food is amazing! The older woman behind the counter was super helpful and kind. They seemed under staffed for... the steady flow of people in there but kept it together and keep things moving fast. Not gonna lie, the service was pretty bad, they have had better service there before.. SMH There was a girl working who IGNORED... ME trying ro ask for garlic butter???????? I repeated, ma'am can I please have 1 garlic butter... she CONTINUED TO IGNORE ME!!!3 more times I asked before I pushed the box tword her to get her attending, she the stormed off to get it.... ME AND MY HUSBANDWILL BE CALLING YOUR MANAGER ???? That's very poor customer service... our business will be taken elsewhere! 0 stars. Absolute worse customer service I have ever witnessed. I watched as two of the workers ganged up on a customer.... Raising their voice causing a scene. They were so loud and hateful to this man they had my children scared. And all this wasover the man wanting to know how to access the menu without coming into the store because apparently their menu is not the sameas online. Read more
Pretty good pizza. Seemed like quality ingredients. The slightly aged dough gave it an awesome depth of texture and taste. Just... the right amount of greasy goodness. The garlic cheese bread was pretty good as well. My only complaints are due tounderstaffing. Firstly, hold time for phone order was excessive. Secondly, large air pockets were allowed to develop on bothproducts, causing pile ups and conversely, large dry patches. It?s a bit much for one sweet young lady to answer phones and makepies. I?m from the Philly/Baltimore area so I usually try to enjoy typically Southern foods when I?m down by NC and Southern Va Today... was a long day so I just picked up a medium Italian dish style crust Hawaiian Pizza from Pizza Inn and wasn?t expecting it to beas tasty as it is The woman behind the counter was very welcoming and told me it would be 15 minutes and maybe 10 minutes latershe brought it out to me I?ve eaten pizza all over Philly and Baltimore and Nyc and Pizza Inn makes a delicious pizza ! Worst pizza. Ton of salt. Charged me extra. Sign said 12.99 Giant pizza. Charged $14.72 . When I asked girl behind the counter... told me taxes are high in Virginia. Couldn't eat one slice as it has more salt then I eat in week. Never again. Read more
Worst service ever! Online ordering doesn't recognize location. Won't answer phone. Had to go to the store only to stand in... line 10 minutes without even a hello, wouldn't make eye contact. Totally ignored us so we walked out. Several others behind usin line did the same! Horrible! Read more
