Ya know... I never really considered stopping at Shoney's on a trip before, but it was a great idea! Real food, fast, and not... too expensive for the buffet. Nice break on a long trip. We stopped in for a late lunch, the quiet time between lunch and supper. Hostess greeted us and... seated promptly. Salad and hot bar looked fresh and neat. Food for our party of 5 arrived a little staggered, but not too longbetween first and last plate. Servings were generous, and we took portions to go. Restrooms were clean and supplied.
