I ordered my food and then realized I forgot my wallet back at the hotel. After telling the drive up girl she recommended that I... could use Apple Pay. It didn?t work at her window so she said try the other one and it worked there. They sure went the extramile to help out a guy who forgot his wallet. Read more
Drive thru customer service was rude, order was read back but when was given to me we drove back to the hotel an everything but... the fries was wrong. All they were doing through the drive thru window was laughing, an throwing cups, and standing looking outat my family in the car instead of doing their job. No wonder prices are so high an the food never improves. Hiring of justanybody to say you have employees. Super surprised but hey it?s fast food. Read more
Dining room is rarely open, in a town where everyone else seems to be able to have adequate and competent enough staff to... maintain an open dining room. Always very slow, recently waited almost thirty minutes behind just three cars to get stone coldfood that was also missing items. I?d blame the management but honestly, ownership is the problem. Their Wendy?s areconsistently the worst places around and the workers/management get blamed. Dreadful. Read more
The dining room is not open and there's no where that it says that online. One door, which is easier to access, simply says to... use the other door. When you then walk around to the other door, it says the dining room is closed. I have never encountered afast food place from which it was more difficult to purchase food. Don't bother to come here if you want to eat inside or relax. Read more
The lady was very nice at the window, but can't give 5 stars because we ordered 3 Biggie bags, all different sandwiches, and... instead of them just putting each order in it's own individual bag, they decided to put all of our orders all together in 2bags. The bread wasn't toasted, there wasn't enough condiments for what we ordered even though we asked, and you can tell by thetaste of the Fries & Nuggets that they haven't changed the oil in long time. They need to be mindful of these things for anoverall customer service experience. Read more
Horrible service. Waited for 45 minutes in drive through for food with no apology from the employee at the window. Employees... were talking as we pulled up to the window and laughing and didn?t even help us right away. Food itself was pretty good otherthan being handed a melted frosty. Would probably keep driving for another Wendy?s. Read more
