Delicious pizza with a thick, crispy yet chewy crust and chicken wings made to order. The service was fast and friendly, they... always treated us like family with welcoming smiles. Food was ready on time, even though it was a last minute order on a Fridaynight. The facility was very clean, and easy in and out parking at a convenient location. Many Pontillo's Pizza locations, butthis one is my favorite. They even offered the Voodew Mountain Dew flavor. Many smiles for that. Read more

Hilton Pontillos ripped me off!! We ordered food, picked it up. All of the food was burnt so bad we couldnt even eat it. Called... to complain, Manager Edwin tells us he would remake our food and deliver to us. 20 mins goes by and Edwin calls to tell us thatwe shouldn't have ever be able to order food from them in the 1st place & that our address is on a blacklist. I asked manyquestions to try to figure out why My address was on a black list, as this is my 1st time ordering from them, which Edwin saidhe only seen one order from my phone number in their system. He did nothing for us and could not give me any answers for myquestions about this so called black list. I paid for food that was to burnt to eat. This made no sense. Not even a refund! It?s ridiculous how they can even serve food this burnt. This was a pickup order we placed online and paid for in store, when we... seen how burnt everything was we called and complained, the manager said that they would remake everything and deliver it to us.Some time later we got a call back and they said that they could not deliver to us because our address was blacklisted. We havenever ordered from here before today so how could we be blacklisted? They wouldn?t even give us a reason to why we wereblacklisted. No refund or any other solution to the issue. ordered pizza last nite with extra sauce, light mozzerella, and light crust. got one with burned crust. Upon contacting them,... they replaced it with a properly cooked one at no charge. So. I revised previous rating up from 1 to 4 stars based on recentexperience, they have ovens turned up too high, temp. results are undercooked top or most often, overcooked, burned bottoms. trying to rush cooking. would have to bake pizza using pans to avoid burning , overcooking bottom crust and edges. On Tuesday night I ordered a medium pizza ,thin crust with pepperoni and sausage. Picked it up on time,got it home,very... disappointed. The bottom was soggy ,the sauce was way to thick,and the pepperoni like rubber. Ate one piece and tossed itall. Plus I even tipped well,live and learn.... Read more
Food is okay. Also depends on who's cooking that night. But overall not bad.
