Love this place. The service was amazing. We decided to sit outside, and they have a cool giant connect 4 board near their bar.... The weather was great, and our server, Sharon, was wonderful. We decided on Charbar because some of our party wanted burgersand some of us wanted sushi. With this restaurant, we were able to get great sushi AND great burgers. The rolls are creative anddelicious. (This was the first time I've ever found arugula on sushi. It works, especially if you love arugula!) The burgerswere juicy and also very creative, but you also have the choice to build your own burger if you want. This restaurant has a tonof great options, and we enjoyed eating here very much. They are also a part of the Surge group, so you can get 10% off ifyou're staying at the DVC resort. We actually forgot about this until after they rang up our check and paid, but when we askedabout it, they refunded our bill and issued us a new one with the 10% off. Amazing place. Our first visit and we'll definitely be back next year. We had the cheese fries appetizer, the wine jam was yummy burger, the... dirty south burger. Onion rings sides and shakes. I can see why both burgers were in the top 20 of the world burgerchampionship. We ordered them medium. They were perfect. Loved the char on the outside. The wine jam burger's unique flavor isone you have to try. The dirty south is sweet, salty, spicy. It's a messy burger and worth the extra napkins. Best onion ringsever. I'd eaten half my dinner before I remembered to take a picture. Our second visit was just as good as our first. Greatservice. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She came by often to check on us. We had sushi appetizer. He had sake, and I had acocktail. He ate the wine jam burger. I ate the lobster roll. Our sides were the onion rings. Dessert was a milkshakes.Strawberry and chocolate. Best onion rings we have ever had!! Burgers were delicious, lots of flavor! Sweet potatoes tots were good too. We did not try... the sushi, but saw others who ordered & it looked amazing. Service was ok. 5 stars for the food!! Read more

Good burgers! Sushi bowls were tasty but I think the ahi tuna had lacked a dressing or sauce.

Great restaurant with an interesting, but cool combination of dishes. I tried a burger that was cooked great and a sushi platter... that was also well presented. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a cool atmosphere with great food. Read more

Awesome burgers! We had the Backyard Burger and the Dirty South Burger, the truffle fries and onion rings are good too! Those... who ate the sushi roll loved it, it was the Spicy Charlie Tuna. Definitely need to stop if you're in Hilton Head. Read more
