From seeing the comments on here, apparently the store is under new management or maybe it's the difference between day and... evening shift........anyway, Had a wonderful experience with this manager and staff. I have never seen a pizza parlor soclean! They took my gluten free order to the next level and it was fabulous! The fellow I left my comments with explainedthat the store was in a terrible mess when he got there, and it is obvious that he and his team have worked hard to get it backto where it should be. No one ever answers the phone I order on 8/13 and the pizza sat on the warmer for 2 hours and 45 minutes before I was finally... called to see if I still wanted it I reached out to corporate and was sent an email apologizing for the situation and told thatI would receive a free pizza to just call the store and give them my name and phone number. I have tried multiple times and noone would answer until today 09/23. The employee told me that they no longer deliver to my area which is less than a half a milefrom the store. And then I told him I was at work and it was on South Forest Beach even closer and the manager came on in rightaway told me that he?s not giving me a free pizza from some email. That if I didn?t have a code it was given to me I was lyingand trying to scam him. They would not answer the phone for me to place my order and would not allow me to place an online order. I understand they are... short staffed. I suggest they bring in people from other stores. If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Ordered pizza at 8:10. Never got past order being prepped. Tried to call store... after 9. Put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. Drove to store and it's closed. Never had a problem with Dominosbefore. Worst store ever. Will get my money back . Read more

Pizza took over two hours to get to my address. The driver Kurt hit my car delivering the pizza. He provided his name and... contact, however I reached out twice via phone and text with no reply. I tried to contact the store, however I was hold for 30minutes with no one picking up the phone. The store manager never reached out. This Domino?s location deserves to be permanently closed down and should publicly apologize to his vacationing customers for the... immense inconvenience of charging them for no service at all. You?re better off ordering from the Bluffton location and drivingthe 20+ minutes to get it. Or just find a local restaurant. We arrived for a weekend getaway after 8:30pm and order Carryoutfor our kids. The order was confirmed at 9:41pm and we drove to the restaurant for pickup but it was closed. There were alreadytwo vehicles outside with a similar issue. The door clearly says they would be closed at 1:00am but no one was home. We hadoriginally intended to order for Delivery but then decided to go in person and maybe pickup something for breakfast on the wayback. So, I do believe the reviews claiming undelivered orders because we would have been stuck waiting all night for it. I placed an order to Domino's Pizza using the app. I ordered three pizzas - Memphis BBQ chicken, Spinach & Feta, and Pepperoni &... Black Olive. I saw online that this store had 1.5 stars and i figured it was a bit of an overreaction. 1.5 stars is high. Yesterday we... ordered at 10pm, they accepted our payment at 10pm, get the email it?s being prepared?we drive to the store to pick it up andthe store is closed. Glutton for punishment we throw caution to the wind and decide to give it another shot. Shame on us, theeffort into helping customers is absolutely nonexistent. Employees looked confused and lost. I don?t blame the workers though,I blame the management. It is a testament of their character to allow this place to continue to operate this way.
