I came to the truck twice. The first time we arrived when we expected the truck to first be opened. They were closed. We decided... to wait and two people showed up 10 minutes later and took another 15 minutes to set up. The fish tacos and fried shrimp weredelicious, but the chicken was slightly undercooked. It was a bit spongy and a little pink. We picked around was was cooked andate it. The second time we went was well after they were supposed to be open. Once again, no one was there. Two more cars camebehind us. A man informed us that they were closed because of rain. Are you kidding? This is summer on Hilton Head. Showershappen every day! Just while I was there, (with the three cars) they lost business from 11 people! We went to Bistro 17 instead.If you go, have a back up plan. Read more
My new favorite restaurant on the island! Scenic, rustic, and homey with excellent service. Everyone is so friendly and the food... is to die for. Seriously, I haven't stopped thinking about their shrimp tacos for days!! Read more
Our family group was impressed by the fried shrimp basket and fresh-cut fries. Grilled fish tacos were good but marred by... atypical fried flour tortillas; warmed corn tortillas generally superior. A traditional lime wedge with the tacos would alsohelp. Looking forward to trying a fish sandwich next time; looks yummy in the pic here. Read more
Heard about this new food truck from a friend and decided to give it a try with my family. What a great time we had. The food... was great and atmosphere was perfect, a real island feel. We order the fresh fish sandwich and fried shrimp tacos. Everythingwas AMAZING! Highly recommend this cute little dive. Read more
Thank goodness we finally stumbled upon Mullets. The food was excellent and the atmosphere/setting on the water is a perfect way... to end your day. Definitely a place to take your family and let the kids run around. Just bring your bug spray...We will beback next time we're in HHI. Read more
