We had a large pick up order for a family of 7. Not only were we missing items, got the wrong meal entirely and was not prepared... properly but all of the meals were poorly cooked at that. Pictured is a burnt gross potato skin. The chicken tenders were soover cooked they looked like fried chicken skins. Not a single good thing to say about our meals. If this is the quality theyput out then I don’t understand how their rating is as high as it is. Read more

Don't waste your money. We ordered meals for 7 of us plus 3 apps. The potato skins were hard and flavorless, the fish tacos were... cold, and the chicken strips were so skinny and over cooked they didn't even look like meat anymore. They also did not give usthe proper meals. They gave us a chicken sandwich instead of a second fish taco and they gave us a corned beef sandwich insteadof a Ruben. After tasting the rest of the food we decided it wasn't worth calling the restaurant to correct the error- it wasn'tworth wasting the gas to drive back to the restaurant for our proper meals. There are plenty of other restaurants in the areaand there is no reason to ever order here. Save yourself the disappointment. Read more

The place needed more help; the bartender was doing everything, he needs help, he did a good job as our server; however did not... like the manager when he was addressing a customer in a total unprofessional manner. He couldn't handle the criticism as it wasdefinitely warranted. I will probably check in a few weeks if there's any improvement of services! Read more

The service was very friendly both times we visited. Th drinks were good. The hamburger was tasty and so was the pot roast dish.... There was live entertainment which we enjoyed. The owner was very hospitable. The second night was very busy, the owner himselfhelped serve us. We ordered his dinner recommendations and we were very pleased. The shrimp skillet appetizer was very tasty andthe grilled t-bone steak was delicious. We had a very enjoyable dining experience here both times. Visiting from Florida and weloved it. Read more

Absolutely terrible. First we ordered 3 appetizers which took so long to come out. The sizzling mussles smelled awful and tasted... disgusting. They had to be old and rotten. The Manger did remove them from our bill. The prime rib dinners were pretty good. Wewere offered horseradish when we ordered but it didn't come out to our table. We were told they needed to make it. I'm confusedwhy they didn't have that ready to go on prime rib night. Butter and sour cream were forgotten with all 4 baked potatoes. Myhusband breaded shrimp had no taste and was wet oil soaked breading. And to top it off the band was so loud everyone had toscream to talk even the staff. I saw 2 families leave saying it was to loud. Read more

Made reservations in May for 3 couples for Monday night’s Lobster Night on 6/6. Ordered the lobsters for 5 out of the 6... people. We waited 15 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we ordered drinks and salads in addition to our entrees. About 30minutes later, our lobsters came out before we had our salads. Lobster night is advertised as a whole 1 1/4 lb lobster with cornon the cob and potatoes. Our plates had a cold overcooked miniature lobster tail with a tiny potato and a piece of corn. We sentthem all back. Asked to speak with the owner who we had spoken to when we arrived. The manager came out and told us the ownerhad left. He said there was a problem with the truck delivery today. I asked why no one called me since I had to order thelobsters in advance. He said they didn’t realize it until they opened. Poor excuse. He tried to compensate us; however, poormanagement and not enough staff does not make for a nice meal and happy customers. Needs some major improvements before we willever return. So disappointed!
