This McDonalds is definitely out of the mainstream of what you'd expect of the classic McDonald's visit. The last three visits,... something has been wrong The first visit, there was no toy in the Happy Meal. The grand daughter was not happy. The secondvisit, the fries were lukewarm, at best. McDonald's fries are great...if served hot. The visit today, we wanted coffee andsomething sweet. I tried to order the Americano, but the clerk had no idea what I was talking about. I said the coffee drink,Americano. Long story short, neither the clerk nor the manager had any idea what we were asking for, despite the fact they havea specialty placard IN THE RESTAURANT that offers that drink from the McCafe menu. So then I tried to order the Premium Coffee. The response I got was that all their coffee was premium. Again, the menu distinguishes between "coffee" and "premium coffee"and each is priced differently. We settled for a cup of whatever coffee was available. Good grief, Charlie Brown. Read more

Nicest McDonald's I have been to recently. Clean restaurant and nice vibe. Also had some cool local stuff there for the location

Be aware that employees in this store WILL call on suspected DUI or opened bottles as you are waiting for food as a customer. I... thought I was going through the checkpoint for DUI in Hinckley sheriff's office. The incident occurred on 9/4/22 around 11 p.m.Ordered food and made a payment and was told to pull forward to wait for my order in the drive-thru. As I was waiting for morethan 15 minutes for my food, the sheriff suddenly pulled over to my car for a possible DUI and opened-bottle and told me that hehad received a call from Mcdonald's. Sheriff asked us some questions but did not find anything because we DIDN'T drink andthere was no open bottle. We didn't drink or smoke at all. We didn't play loud music, and we were courteous to employees. Assoon as the sheriff decided to let us go, Mcdonald's employee came out of nowhere and dropped the food WITHOUT apologizing tous for the false accusation.  I came to Mcdonald's to get FOOD. McDonald's doesn't have a protocol to call any enforcementagencies for DUI. In addition, employees don't receive any training about DUI. At least at this location, THINK about TWICE whenthey ask you to pull into the reserved pull-ahead spots. Employees at this location may call on sheriffs and falsely accuse you(Mcdonald's customer) as you wait for the food Read more

I didn't get his name but whomever was the manager this evening was a 11/10! Absolutely the best McDonald's experience ever. I... don't know what this man is paid but it's not enough! Read more

Fries are delicious but the last 2 times I have been, I've had grisley chicken sandwiches so I had to throw half the sandwiches... away...prices went up and portions got smaller. Fries delicious as always but with the small portions, bad chicken and higherprices, I won't be going back any time soon. Read more

We ate in - great hot food and service. We had the double cheeseburger meals. The issue and why not 5 stars is that the internet... there was acting up. Also not all the menu items were on the computer for ordering. All in all pretty good. Read more

Food was hot, second best fries. Freddie's is the best! My chicken sandwich was just thrown in to the container. After I put it... together it was tasty. Drive thru was only way to order. Read more

I'm not sure about the other lower ratings but this McDonald's is highly efficient, clean and modern in its design model. The... prices are also very low. We came on Labor Day weekend so I assume this is "go time". Very impressed! Read more
