We have never been to this restaurant in the casino ! Only the buffet ! We wanted to bring hubby's parents to a new spot and try... it out ! I saw one Review of how the staff is amazing and food is good ! We got there and immediately our Waitress Cassandrawas very pleasant and Professional! We are a big family 9 of us ! She was on it ! It can get confusing and she was quick anddidn't miss one detail! All DRINKS were full through the whole meal ! FOOD was piping hot and fresh The Steak , the pasta , theburgers all yummy ???? Ive literally only tried the wings and cheese curds, but I promise they are (in my opinion anyways) literally thee best wings... and curds I've ever had, try to stop here every time I'm in this casino and I've also met some of the kindness sweetest workersI have ever met. ???????? Went to place a to go order, since we are staying upstairs. Was informed there would be a 15% service charge added to the order... because "This is a sit down restaurant not a fast-food restaurant and the to go boxes are expensive" and the "15% is for thewait staff, because they will have to pay taxes on the order I place and they will have to enter and retrieve the order." I'mnot sure if this place is owned by the casino or not but I've been in a few hotels and casinos over the years and this is thefirst time I've ever been asked to pay to take food back up to my room to eat it. And based purely on this service charge Iwill never return to this casino again. because after the casino owns the diner and is trying to manipulate customers intocoming downstairs in order to gamble more or the casino charges such a ridiculous rent that this diner has to hirerude/combative staff and nickel and dime their customers just to stay operational. Slept over and had diner and breakfast there. For having a wait list they are good at managing it. We were surprised how the... food tasted good. :) would love to try it again if we sleep over. Read more
They closed the buffet. Provisions is open with limited menu. Stories has the wings that I ALWAYS come and get to go, but NOPE!... After 11am they do not do to go orders because provisions is a "to go" restaurant. Won't be back for quite a while... absolutenonsense. Read more
We had a good meal and good service. I tried the Jack Daniels mushroom pork chop and my husband the shrimp dinner. His brandy... Manhattan was good( he makes a great one). They both came with Veg and potato. We both enjoyed our meal. We usually have hotturkey dinner which is always good. Felt they were keeping safe practices and as no masks that is that. Sanitizer located thruout casino. This year we stopped for lunch and open 7am-2pm. The service was great. I had walleye breakfast and it came withhash browns, eggs & toast. My husband the hot beef sandwich (very large portion). Breakfast all day long! Read more
