Staff was extremely rude to myself and my grandson while we ordered our food. Staff was yelling very vocally at other Staff... while we were standing right there. Our fries were not only cold but they were cooked in veey old oil and looked absolutelyterrible we did not even eat them. Ordered no onions on our burgers as grandson is extremely allergic and they came with tons ofonions. Long story short, worst food and service I've ever had!! After spending $30 for a quick lunch after hiking all day Ihad to go somewhere else and get food he was able to eat due to his allergies since you guys could not follow a simple request.I will never return here!! I'm not one to complain about food service and I do get they're short staffed but they should at least communicate with the... customers about the long wait. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. During that time one of the employees wasdelivering food to a few cars in line and never apologized for the long wait. This is unacceptable. Haven't had a good white castle burger in a good while. Great place to stop when driving on I35. They also have two drive thru... lanes which was convenient. Cashier that helped us was super nice too! You don't see that a lot anymore especially at fast foodplaces. A good attitude really made the experience great. Read more

I have always gone through the drive thru at this location. Every time I go there seems to be a little bit of a delay. This most... recent time was delayed as well. I was in no hurry so it doesn't affect my score. The food was exactly what you expect. It wasconsistent with other White Castles and I enjoyed it. They got our order exactly right. And the prices haven't changed much evenwith everything else going up in price so that was great to see. Overall I enjoyed my visit. Read more
Giving a 1 star for the order being correct. We waited over 20 minutes and the food was cold. My daughter tried cheese fries... and got maybe a tablespoon worth of cheese. Threw most away will never go back to this location! If I didn't have such a longdrive I would've turned around and requested my money back. Read more
