Best hamburg I have ever had. Only comparable is Worthy Burger and Public House wins. I had the blue cheese burger and the fries... were also the best. Great food, bad drinks!! We ordered takeout, and had ordered a cocktail off of the menu. Few minutes after ordering, Public... House calls us and asks what that drink is and how to make it (even though it was on their menu). We end up getting the drink,and it was made terribly. We dropped in after a game, and not wanting to eat in the city I chose this place. The burger and chicken sandwich were great,... the staff was responsive and friendly, and the menu was perfect. One page menus excite me because there's a better chance theentrees are well prepared and practical. It's also easier on kitchen staff which allows them to focus on quality andconsistency. Lovely evening at Hinesburgh Public House. The crispy Brussels were great and a serving size for sharing. Loved the fish tacos... and roasted root risotto special. Service was very good. Reasonably priced. Read more
