We walked in to about 6 people waiting to be seated. A couple said they would sit at the bar because there was seats available... so I said my wife and I will sit at the bar to and the host said we got other tables coming available so we wait like 15 minuteswith 6 tables empty not at the bar and 3 at the bar empty and then they seat us at the bar where wanted to be seated and wouldalready be 15 minutes into getting our drinks and probably ordered already. When the host sat us she told our waitress that theyjust sat us at her table I saw her roll her eyes ???? and put her head down and walked to the back. We got the large Texas friesand the platter that came with 2 sliders which were so over cooked. Boneless wings which were dry and the southwest egg rollswhich were good. Southwest steak skillet. Not bad with the food and our service was great. The server came to us several times which is always a... plus. The only negatives are the score which should be an A. Not sure why it was an 83 but that's just above acceptable. Thehostess also moved a tad slow clearing a table that was piled with food and utensils from a previous party. Maybe there's astaffing issue so I'll chalk it up to that. Clean parking lot. The place could use a sprucing but once again it didn't take toomuch away from the overall experience. Read more
I was visiting Hinesville and decided to order take out from this Chili?s. When I say the food was disgusting. My wings was... raw and uncooked, the tenders had whipped batter that looked like clumps of flour with milk (they were uncooked as well), andnow I?m experiencing food poisoning. I?m having a terrible upset stomach. Against my better judgement, I decided to try thisplace out. But I am regretting it. I still have the majority of the food and plan on sending pictures to DHS and corporateoffice so that no one else have to experience food poisoning from this place again. It?s important to properly cook all foodbefore serving it to customers to avoid this from happening. As I was told that they were very busy and overwhelmed but it wasonly a few vehicles (less than 12) there when I picked up my curbside order. Read more
The good: -The appetizers tasted great and the waitress was very friendly. -Facility appeared to be clean. The not so good: -25... minute wait to be seated, even with those empty seats. -The "steamed broccoli" was either old or burned. -The plate wasfilthy. -It took 21 minutes to get a beer. Read more
Best burger I have had in forever! Wow! With extra bacon! The Bacon Rancher is not like in the movie falling down- where the... picture doesn't match reality in a sad way. No! Quite the opposite! The picture doesn't match the awesomeness that the realburger is! It's totally awesome! Service was great! And we had a large group and had zero issues! Happy Halloween ????! Read more
