Ordered our food at 3:41pm today and was told that there will be a 6 min wait for our food and we asleep still sitting here at... 4:17pm. My husband is in the store now seeing what?s going on with our order. So many cars has came and left and we STILL havenot received our order! Calling corporate, because If it isn?t for the rude customer service we received here more than once,the wait time is ridiculous! Literally finger lickin good. This is THE BEST KFC chicken I've had in years! I've had KFC in PA, FL and other parts of GA and... I've never had such good juicy flavorful chicken like this before. I've been to this one now 3 times and it has been deliciousevery single time. Staff is sweet and curteous and my order has always been correct. I honestly love it. Read more

Not sure how well you can tell from the attached photos, but I got a 12 piece bucket, all of which were pink in the middle. I... came here before and ended up finding feathers on a piece of chicken, figured I?d give it one more shot, but this is where Idraw the line. This is just down right dangerous. A feather is one thing, but serving raw chicken, even if slightly raw, isincredibly ridiculous. Never had problems at a kfc like this one has given. Will never be getting my business again, and tothose reading this, check your food from here before you eat it. Read more

KFC's Free Chicken Sandwich with the app download and account creation did not work. Hope that even though I purchased over 30... dollars of food, the manage would include the sandwich. Unfortunately, they were as clueless about the promotion as I was,saying that I needed to make the purchase online when it did not say so in the fine print out the promotion handout. Decided to get kfc for the first time in a good while. Went and ate one piece and when you get another and notice a long piece... of something on it. I took off the breeding to find that it was indeed a feather. How hard it it to make sure there?s nofeathers on a piece of chicken before you cook it and give it to a customer. This was a refreshing experience for us returning from ministry in new Berlin Jacksonville FL. We stop at the KFC location for a... quite bite. It been a long time so it was news to find out how much the meals and menu had changed. In the past it was alwayscrispy chicken or original chicken and some sides orders. Yesterday was different we had many choices to choose from. The 3piece dinner pack, a chicken sandwich and a power bowl. Also the person that took our orders was very personable, attentive andhad great product knowledge. He took time to pay a compliment to us and to make acceptable recommendation about the menu. Ourorder was just around $30 and we visited during the afternoon, there were folks dinning in and those who were there for takeouts. The bowl was a combination of mash potatoes.corn and popcorn chicken light on my stomach and by that I mean it digestedvery well. Good meal for kids and seniors. Except for those who has denture and will have to crush the popcorn chickeneverything else was and wonderful experience and very memorable I would say that they deserve 5 stars.
