The 1st time I went in Oct. 2022 in the mgr took my order I asked for a sausage mcmuffin. She gave me a sausage biscuit. It... was fresh and i was home s ok I just left it. I went in this past week. The girl at the counter stated I had to use the kiosk.Which there was a line. Because I wanted my order special not on kiosk she was forced to work rather than watching a line formon both sides of the Kiosk. I ordered a Mcrib sandwich with cheese. I recived a dry sandwich (hard to believe) with less thanhalf a piece of cheese on the edge not on but the edge of the sandwich. I WILL NEVER GO BACK... Read more

Fast food is measured to its own set of guidelines. Food is hot, cooked thoroughly, and tastes as expected. The staff in this... franchise have been great with customer service. They do get very busy. And the inside play space is clean for kids to play. Read more

I don't usually go to McDonald's at all but the breakfast sandwiches (sausage, egg and cheese) are outstanding. Very little... grease, hot muffin bread with tasty egg and cheese at a good temperature, I've been missing out for real. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful with my order. I have to try the burgers and fish next. Read more
Everyone associated with this business should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Waited 45 minutes to receive a takeout order... while my daughter sat in the stroller crying. Others arrived and were served through the entire wait and the staff refused togive us our money back. Shameful. Please don?t waste your time here. Can?t say enough bad things about these people. This is one of the worst McDonald's I've been to....ordered a simple meal on the kiosk on my way out of Walmart...I was the only... customer. Waited 20 min for my order, while 3 more customer came, ordered on the kiosk and got their food shortly after... the3 employees kept looking at me the whole time and laughing. After the 3 customer were done, she finally brought my order. French fries were cold and scattered all over the bag because she put them in upside down. This was definitely done on purpose. Sorry I had the wrong skin color, and it isn't black. I could literally feel it. Sad that this typ of thinking still exists onboth sides. Read more
Evening manager doesn't have a strong team, he is seemingly doing all the work while his crew purposely plays on and off the... clock. The fry cook is too busy talking to the off duty employees, while he serves cold fries to patrons who waited 15 minutesor more for orders. Its not the manager...definitely the team thats lacking.
