Pathetic is pretty much what this papa John?s location deserves . Ordered a pizza about 1 hour before they closed, the woman on... the phone spoke English so poorly that she thought my address was my name and Vice versa. Unbelievable how many times I had tomake corrections for her!! Ordered the pizza , paid for it and it NEVER arrived!!! Lolol!!! How sad these type of businesseshave become!!! Absolutely 0 pride, give me my pay check so I can go home. How sad it must be , even though 100% they DON?T care.To have. 2 star rating. Lololololol how despicable. Never again. Read more

Love Papa John's pizza. Order here often enough (few times a year) to know they are usually very busy but they still turn out... pizzas in a reasonable time (30-40 mins?). Once they gave me an order of very burned pizzas but we chock it up to a badday. They're in the Kroger parking lot so lots of parking and a reasonably convenient location. There ordering/waiting areainside is a little tight though, people usually wait outside if their order isn't ready. Read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! We ordered a simple pizza and breadsticks and an hour later our order was cancelled for no reason... and the restaurant said they were ?too busy.? By now it was 9pm? absolute trash restaurant run by obviously trash management.Order from somewhere else that will at least deliver the food you pay for? Read more

I just encountered the worst experience I?ve ever had with Papa John?s. I eat here often and went to order my food paid, was... told it would be a 40 minute wait. Okay no problem. 45 minutes go by I go into the establishment and I?m told they?re runningbehind it?ll be another 15-20 minutes. Irritated but okay nothing I can do about it. I give it another 30 minutes. Go inside tobe told the printer machine isn?t working and it?ll be another HOUR! And instead of taking fault for matter the cashier issaying ?we can just refund you we can just refund you? that?s fine but what about the hour of my time that?s wasted? Thingshappen but this place needs training for customer service. Customer Service was BEYOND HORRIBLE AND IM BEYOND FURIOUS! I will becontacting cooperate. Placed order and when it was delivered I was missing the extra sauces I paid for. I called the restaurant and was told ?well I... don?t know what to do about that? then placed on hold for 19 minutes. In the meantime my husband drove to the store and pickedup the sauces with absolutely zero effort from the manager ?Jackie? to make it right. I not only paid for sauce that I wasforced to go get or lose the money I had paid, I also used my own gas to drive back and get what ordered while paying for thedelivery. The customer service and food quality leaves much to be desired. Corporate needs to definitely step in and make somechanges starting with management!!! Read more

I?ll start by saying , I thought I enjoyed papa johns for it?s ?fresher ingredients ?, but the delivery I received last night ,... was in so many words , disappointing. How is the garlic knots dry? The pizza was mediocre and the pull apart cinnamon rollswere terrible. I?m not sure what happened to this location but the food is mediocre at best. I?m sure the gas station has betterpizza than what we experienced at this location. Save your energy and go somewhere else ! Read more

My daughter ordered a large 6 cheese pizza and a large pepperoni pizza from Papa John's. When she arrived home, the large 6... cheese pizza had a long strand of hair on it. She called and asked to speak to the manager. Ms. Jackie came to the phone. Mydaughter explained the situation and she insinuated that it was my daughter's hair and the address would be blocked. Mydaughter took the pizza to Papa John's and asked to speak to Ms. Jackie. The experience was beyond unreal. Apparently PapaJohn's has workers without hair nets. My daughter contacted Headquarters. She did get a refund credited to her account and aapology. Why will our address be blocked for their mistake? It will also be reported to the Health Department. How many otherpeople has this happened to? It is not acceptable! Read more

The store was busy. The pizza was good, presentation was not as good. The guy at the counter did not know his job well and... couldn't multitask. That made the pick up process slow and painful, thus the rating. The Shak-aroni was very good. Read more
