Only reason for 2 stars is the waitress was very nice. Haven?t been here in a while decided to try again. Chicken fajitas were... like big chucks of boiled chicken, salsa tasted like soap, husband meal was barely warm. We didn?t say anything we just know notto come back. Read more

Excellent food and service. Food had a clean taste. Simply cooking. We had the shrimp cooked in garlic and that's what you... tasted. It was over rice with tomatoes. Having roots that appreciate Spanish... music, food and culture makes visiting the Rodeo even more unforgettable. Rodeo located in the main thoroughfare of Hinesvillevery busy and very accessible, you cannot miss the main stores that are within walking distance and obliquely opposite eachother, such as Old Times, Walmart, and many more. The rodeo is an excellent choice for dining, and get together's. A table for4, or 2 meets you with the utmost serving importance. My first experience was such, the waiter was a young man called Chino whowas very attentive and friendly to all our needs, he waited on our table of 4. Rodeo's main attraction is their painting andcustomer-made furniture, where the Mexican mark was very visible everywhere. I had to ask many questions about the origin ofthose furniture pieces Who made them? what is the cost? if ordered how long will it take to arrive? And finally, I asked to takesome photos and was helped by the Ladies at the front of the restaurant who offered to take these photos that you see here. Best Mexican Restaurant in the city by far. Good service and good food. Our 48oz Texas Margarita was also delish and didnt lack... any liquor. Servers were great. 1 bad thing, the food seemed a bit rushed. If you order 3 tacos, 1 will have a TON of meat, 1will have very little, and the other will be just right.
