We only went here because every other restaurant had a wait. Upon arriving the hostess was not in place and we waited at least... 10 minutes for her to come back. The food was not bad, but it was not that great either. I ordered a shot and was given thedirtiest glass ever. Idk what the bartender is doing, but clearly it's not her job. The margarita drink I had had so much limeand lime juice in it it was not drinkable. My throat was literally hurting as soon as I got home. It was so much other thingswrong like the salad bar. I really wasn't hungry for a full meal so I had the sticky ribs appetizer and a long island ice tea. Since I was alone I took a... seat at the bar. The bar tender, Meredith, was awsome. One of the ribs in my order basicly had no meat on it. Meredith wasn'tsure the kitchen would fix it. She took the plate back. I don' know whos arm she twisted or who she put in a headlock but theentire order was redone! I only expected to make the 1 naked rib right! Wow! What a change! I stopped coming here a few months ago because of the poor management and rude service!!! Came in today and... was surprised at the change. It was great to have a happy bartender ( Meredith) that loved their job! The food was awesome! Isthis even the same place? Wow is really all I can say! Keep up the great work! My husband and I ate here today before heading into work. Unfortunately service was not up to par and food was poor quality.... While I was at the salad bar a gentleman came from kitchen cursing and upset because someone wasn't doing their job in the back(random I know, but he was pretty loud and I had my four year old was with me, and I don't use those words, the bar tender wasconsiderate though and asked him to please watch his language, but he continued) The food though is what did it for me, verypoor quality. My husband ordered Philly cheese steak, with potato tots, and I ordered the chicken quesadilla, both of us alsohad salad bar added on. Let's just say we weren't happy, salad bar usually looks decent but today it was messy, slimy cucumbers,dressings mixed up with other dressing, spillage from other veggies and food on floor, just a mess. Unfortunately my husband atehalf of his food, and just couldn't finish it, tasted horrible and now, few hours later he is vomiting and stomach cramps. Ialso was not happy with my food, and couldn't finish it. So here we are $50.00 later (our two babies had two kids meals, theywere "okay") I get things are expensive this day and time but $3.09 for a coke was little crazy. Yeahhhh I most likely will notreturn and dreadfully regret eating there, just $50.00 gone to waste, and now my husband is sick with possible food poisoning.Lesson learned! Read more
Updated this review. Still good food and service. The staff know their jobs and do them well. Recommend this place over the... simar restaurant that might have an apple or a bee in it's logo. The drinks here look like the picture and are more tasty. Oneyear ago:The service and the food quality were both on point tonight. Our server was quick with refills. The table wasn't clean. First order of sweet tea wasn't sweet. No silverware and when we did receive it the knife was dirty. We... waited 45 minutes for our meal...was told there was only one cook and they had received a large order. When our food arrived,the zucchini was oily and burnt, the chicken was dry, and the rice was just gross. It was like it had been cooked, forgot about,and then reheated or something. This was the worst dining experience I?ve ever had in my life. I?ve had MRE?s that were more tasty than what was served at that... location. It makes sense why door dash and other food ordering services use a different name so that people would actually orderfrom this place. If I could give this 0 stars I would. For there being not too many customers in the place at the time, youwould think the service would be great, it wasn?t. I get it, restaurants don?t want to pay a living wage so people don?t wantto work. For the people that work there, you can tell there?s no pride in their work and you can taste that in the bad qualityfood and poor customer service. After being seated and the first section of drinks arrived, they told us they made a mistake andthat someone reserved this table for a birthday party. Ok cool I get it, mistakes happen, they told us we didn?t have to movebut we moved anyway since we understand people make mistakes. Issues: See photo but I ordered mozzarella sticks and for thelife of me I couldn?t figure out, if they were from one bag why are they 3 different textures? I will give some grace because we went on Thanksgiving night, around 8 PM, but we definitely didn't get our money's worth. My... husband's salad was half empty, they forgot the dressing and silverware (to go order) my kids food was cold and chewy. Mine wasthe only edible one because I got the salad bar so I made it myself. I wish they would've said they were closed rather thanspend $60 for food that wasn't edible. The wait was over an hour and the website said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Read more
