The delivery time was reasonable. The Garlic Notes and the Rigatoni, Broccoli & chicken were fine, nothing great. What upset me... was the dessert. Both were over $10. Ordered online, picked up my order when home. Opened the bag and realized they forgot half my order. Paid $60 for 2 entrees... and 2 pieces of cake didn't get the cakes. Called spoke to a manager and was informed he would reimburse me for the missingitems, He said online order takes a few days to post, its be over a week and still no refund. We ordered delivery of two pizzas from this location. The pizzas arrived half an hour after the requested time, but I... understand that the delivery time may not be entirely within the restaurant’s control. More importantly, both of the pizzaswere extremely dry and essentially tasteless. The few meager pieces of chicken on the broccoli and chicken pizza were tough andbone dry. I called for a reservation for 24. Arrived to find a table for 18. We asked for and got a booth next to our table. The waitress... was not prepared for a large party and felt over whelmed before people even arrived. Drinks were not served in a timely manner.We asked for separate checks. Instead of writing down each groups orders separately she put them all together. As a result whenwe got the bills they were incorrect. Several duplicate charges and some of our party never got their food or drinks but werecharged anyway. I blame management. There should have been 2 waitresses and they should have known how to do separate checks. Ichose Bertucci's because of proximity, available space for a large party and price. We stopped by after the movies in between lunch and dinner. It wasn't busy at all and got seated immediately. Our waitress was... great and got us everything we needed. The good was also great. I tried one of the pizzas off the new menu called "cacio epepe". The crust was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely go back again and try one of the other newpizzas. The brick oven makes a difference getting the crisp of the crust. Read more
