NEVER ORDER ONLINE Changing my review from 3 stars to 1 from two months ago. I'd give 0 if I could. No dressing given on my... order & no pita crips or include pita for both orders. Asked for a bag during online checkout, NO BAG. The dressing we did getfor the other bowl was a tablespoon, it didn't even fill halfway the small container given. Overall such a disappointment.Definitely going to let others know this place can't make things correctly, that's clearly put on the order slip. Got more inthe bowl when we dined in last time. Portion is sad for price you pay. Probably not going to get food from here everagain. ______________________________________________________ Good selection of food. We did the make your own bowl. Whilewaiting in long line & walking through the line and asking for the options we wanted from each staff member, some of the staffdidn't seem like they wanted to be there and didn't make eye contact nor said anything. And some staff were nice and greeted uswith smiles before asking what we'd like. It was very busy and hard to find seats. Some of the tables didn't have seats onopposite side. And a good amount of ppl were done eating but we're still sitting and chatting. Alot of younger ppl dininglooking like they just came from the gym or were about to go with their workout outfits but had pushup bras? Lol..( if youactually go to the gym you know you don't wear a push-up bra you wear a sports bra) , had their hair done and make-up on whilechecking themselves out in their phones asking whoever they're with "does my hair look okay?" . Definitely certain type ofvibes. Not really a family place, more younger generation place. Probably just get our food and eat else where next time. Read more

Tasty food and many options. Operates like a Chipotle, but nowhere near as efficient. Frankly, ordering is a huge mess, with... lines backing up due to a shocking lack of signage, and employees not speaking any English at all or even being able to hear theorders over the noise and chaos of the place. Makes you think the owner has never been in the place. The food, as I'vementioned, is very good, but I can only go in when the nightmare of the last visit has faded. It's just as bad ordering online.Your order won't be ready, and even if it is, no one will direct you to it. Read more
This might be the worst Cava in America. Does this place have any management? The employees were standing around texting while... making orders...made zero effort to interact with the customers in a professional manner...and the falafels were undercooked.The line moved slow despite half a dozen employees standing around behind the counter. The person making our bowls didn't knowhow to make the menu items we ordered. Read more
