This place is AWFUL. Servers are incompetent and the proportion of the ingredients are awful. Felt like I was eating a spicy... water balloon? This place used to be great and it?s lost its magic due to poor management. If you want a good burrito on thesouth shore I?d recommend a place like Santa Fe in weymouth or qdoba in Braintree. Avoid this location at all cost! Food was 25 min late and not made to order. Place is always a mess. Every employee miserable... and directs it at customers! Much better locations close enough to skip this disaster. Read more

Don't order online. Always late, always wrong, always missing several things, usually many. Never any apologies when you go back... and have to tell them what's missing. Doesn't seem to be managed well. We've also received tacos with frozen chicken in them.When I brought them back they made me...more tacos with frozen chicken. Read more

Practically everyday they are backed up and have to catch up on orders and wait time usually is 20 - 60 mins if you are picking... up. Never on time. And they will mess up your order no matter what. The workers are slow and some just stand there while there?sa group of people waiting for their food. I really have to stop coming to the chipotle on Derby St and go to any other one bcit?s ridiculous on how often they are backed up. If you don?t want your time wasted then don?t go to the derby st shopschipotle. Read more

I went in tonight at 9:30 (they close at 10). Ordered a Sofritas burrito. Asked for guacamole and was told they were out. I... could see guacamole on the prep line behind her (for online orders maybe) and asked, ?isn?t that guacamole?? She told me ?wecan?t take from there.? I asked for pico de gallo, she said no. Olives- dramatic pause, no. Onions/peppers- no. I stopped askingbecause I could see her prep line was mostly empty and cleaned out already and she was making me feel like I?m putting her outby asking for normal items that they carry, but it looks like she?s already broken down her station. If they want to stopoffering food at 9:30, just close at 9:30. I would have simply gone somewhere else. Instead I left frustrated and disappointedthat I wasted time and $10 for a bean/rice/sofritas burrito. I had stopped there because I wanted a healthy meal with freshveggies and guacamole after a long day of field work and having only a protein bar and an apple all day. Is it even worth eatinga burrito without guacamole?! Not in my world. I don?t eat dairy so guacamole is a key component for flavor and creaminess. Forwhat I ended up with, I could have just gone to Taco Bell and saved money. A former GM of mine at a fine dining restaurant usedto tell our staff, ?guests that come in at the end of the night don?t pay half price so they don?t deserve half-quality serviceor food; give them the same service you give your first table of the night and our cooks will cook them the same meals as thefirst ticket of the night.? Great philosophy and one of the reasons they?re a top fine dining restaurant in Worcester. Got dinner here and the food was great but the customer service was terrible. The girl checking us out was so rude and make... comments to us multiple times. Honestly customer service is everything and this place is lacking it?..unfortunate because thefood was good but won?t be back due to the customer experience.
