When you order pizza for delivery at work along with a salad, took well over an hour and then got no silverware for my salad. I... guess they expect me to eat with my fingers ????? Was highly disappointed that every time we get out of a meeting or social event and try to grab a pizza close to 9 and find out... the place is closed at 8 on a Saturday night. This pizza was a great disappointment. I expected much better from a pizza parlor that appears to be so popular. There was... absolutely no taste. The so called ?red sauce? was nothing more than a few cut up tomatoes. No flavor, no seasoning. Thecrust was chewy and, again, tasteless. I guess I grew up with authentic Italian and Greek pizzas. I have ordered many times from peel and pizza co and have had anything but great experiences or nice things to say, HOWEVER, I... ordered tonight and my order was cancelled for now being outside of the delivery zone....which was NEVER an issue any of theother times I have ordered delivery. I also only got an email notification for this which people are typically not checking andthe APP still says order submitted... A phone call would have been nice considering that they seem to have changed what theirdelivery zone now is. Also the girl who answered the phone also had an attitude when I called in about the order and explainedthat this was never an issue before. You need to have consistency, you have an order history and cannot pick and choose whenyou do and don't want to deliver a certain distance. And a little courtesy with a call would have been great so customers aren'twasting their time. Read more
Whenever I come hike to worlds end, this is a great place to stop by and grab a pie. Had a pesto chicken pizza the first time... and now the grate outdoors. Had a lot of pizza in MA, this is hands down the best. Read more
