Hostess bartender and my server McKayla was incredible. A Local tavern you’re sure to enjoy a few drinks and maybe a snack.... The food was very dissatisfying and disappointing, i was referred to this place by a Neighborhood friend. The burger was chewyand stuck to my teeth, it was also below rare - I asked for medium rare (no fault of the server.) The serving size ofcaramelized onions was very minuscule, not an exaggeration, the French fries were stale and greasy - the service far outshinesthe food & that is a problem. I’ll come back for the drink menu, their bar is fully stocked including a great craft beer list- and the bartender was impressive with a full bar of patrons - please improve the food. Read more
Last week, we dined at Scarlet Oak and while we always find the food, ambience and service excellent, there is one dish that you... don’t want to order. The steak tips for $28 were so tough that they were hard to cut with a knife and they had to be chewedvigorously before eating!! That tainted our visit. Excellent for small to mid-size functions. Get your own room even if it's for like 7-10 people. Really nice staff. Food was... excellent. Plenty of bar seating and you can be as casual or as fancy as you'd like with this place, which makes it a greatplace for everybody. Read more

Very quaint tavern. We wanted to sit inside because the place is so charming but it was a perfect 60° day and we decided on... the patio. There are heaters if it gets chilly on the patio. All cons protocols are being adhered to. $5 for a Heineken wassuper reasonable. My wife was her Cosmos were delicious. Large menu. Lots of seafood and steak choices. Wife loved her clamchowder and lobster roll. I got a pizza and onion rings. Neither were anything special but I blame myself for not getting steaktips with my choice of two sides. They have a ton of sides. They have lots of parking available. Next time I am going to sitinside just to enjoy the ambience. You should definitely check this place out! Before I forget... you may want to considerreservations. They open at 12 and we had a reservation for that time. I couldn’t believe how many people were there foropening time. Glad I planned ahead. I've been having Thanksgiving dinner here with the family, except for last year, for the past five years, or so. It has always... been an enjoyable experience, with good food and excellent service. This is no longer the case, even though the menu is priced40% higher than previous occasions. The food is the same, but attention to "detail", such as New York Strip medium rare, orTurkey Dinner dark meat only, fall on deaf ears. Service is rushed, incomplete and impersonal. The noticeable decline inperformance, may be a sign of the times , but I won't be driving 3.5 - 4 hours, on Thanksgiving day, to eat here, ever again. Read more
