I cannot say enough how awful and rude and beyond just mean I am treated when I come and buy from Starbucks at this location.... The managers are so rude knowing my family is all lawyers who come in and always order huge amounts from them; and told me wordfor word with a smile on her face " I don't care that you come back, we have plenty others". Then I was ignored over and overwhen I'd ask for an extra lid because the one prior broke. Anything asked for is 'oh my goodness it's so hard to do anything'.I'm ignored and the entire Starbucks sees this people waiting and in the cafe area .Not only the location is filthy andbathrooms are gross. The customer service is the worst I've ever seen. My whole family comes here for years, and spent so muchmoney at Starbucks and I'm told 'i don't care' by a Manager... Wow, no words for management and customer service. This isridiculous, after the situation there was a couple people who also left and also agreed how rude they were to me and they hadbeen treated unprofessionally too. For a Hingham Starbucks this should be sincerely altered and properly trained workers. Thesemany situations present the company so poorly and gives Starbucks a bad name. Read more

Only reason it's not 5 stars is cause they only list one size prices. WTAF? Just think if grocery stores started doing this.... Only list prices for medium size stuff and leave the customers guessing how much for the small or large bottle/box/etc. Read more

It's a good Starbucks. I like the baristas here. The parking lot sucks but you get used to it.

You pretty much know what you're getting with Starbucks, and this was just like the others...although the office complex it's in... is weirdly hard to enter, at least from the direction we were going. Read more

I dont know how to rate this: this specific review is NOT for the store but for the clientele. The store is clean, employees... wonderful & friendly, drinks good. I saw the most Karen thing ever and regret not saying something at the time, shamedly, soam posting here. Its 1:00 pm on a Saturday. A customers drink order was wrong, and when they asked for it to be adjusted, afemale patron, late 50s early sixties woman dressed head to toe in Boston Strong & other political gear, skinny jeans, about 5foot, brown hair, went up to the customer and started whisper-shouting "why don't you waste some more of everyone's time. Whydon't you have your phone out (???) Whats wrong with you" and continued this way for a minute, coughed on them, and like, hissed? The mentally ill customers name was called, they grabbed their drink, and shouted HAVE A WEIRD DAY. And left. It leftme creeped out and feeling very unsafe. I wish I would have said something to the victim of verbal assault. This is not thefirst time I have seen weird exchanges - only perpetrated by the customers-- agaim, employees are lovely-- at this specificlocation. This is not starbucks fault in any way. But it made me feel disturbed and weirded out. I'll never return to thislocation because of this interaction. I think this location- because of the demographic it serves and its location- is prone tocustomers looking for a fight, who MAY be carrying firearms, and prone to inappropriate escalation. Mental illness iseverywhere, even (especially?) in the burbs. Be safe out there. Read more

My $6+ dollar latte the last couple days has been 90% ice even when I kindly ask for minimal ice. The workers are all friendly... but I feel ripped off most of the time. Read more
